Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 941mobiledetail.com and the mobile detailing and ceramic coating services provided by 941 Mobile Detailing ("we," "us," or "our") in Sarasota and Manatee counties, Florida. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Booking & Appointments

• Appointments can be booked online or by phone. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide; final pricing may be adjusted for vehicle size or condition (e.g., excessive pet hair, mold, biohazards, or heavy soiling).
• We are a mobile service — please ensure we have safe, legal access to your vehicle and enough space to work at the service location.
• We bring our own de-ionized water and power supply; no hookups to your utilities are required.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Plans change — we get it. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, ideally at least 24 hours before your appointment. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may incur a fee or require prepayment for future bookings. Weather can affect mobile detailing; if conditions are unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule at no charge.

Vehicle Condition & Personal Items

• Please remove personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before your appointment. We are not responsible for loss of items left in the vehicle.
• Let us know in advance about pre-existing damage, aftermarket parts, aged or peeling paint, cracked trim, or other conditions that could be affected by cleaning. We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions.
• Severely soiled vehicles (mold, bodily fluids, infestations) may require additional fees or may be declined at our discretion.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment through our online booking platform and other methods communicated at booking. Prices are subject to change, but the price quoted for a confirmed appointment will be honored absent undisclosed vehicle conditions.

Satisfaction & Service Results

We stand behind our work. If something isn't right, tell us within 24 hours of service completion and we will make reasonable efforts to address it. Detailing results vary with vehicle age and condition — some stains, etching, scratches, or odors may not be fully removable. Ceramic coating durability estimates assume proper aftercare and normal use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

The content on this website — including text, images, and branding — belongs to 941 Mobile Detailing and may not be copied or reused without permission. We make reasonable efforts to keep site information accurate but do not guarantee it is error-free.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Sarasota County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
